I would like to give my thanks to the Gaia energies for responding to my call and assisting me to move on to this next stage of my I AM/Divine Self Journey, which I needed in order to move beyond the limitations imposed by the traditional energy systems and also to Sharron Brooks in Australia for her Spirit based channellings which helped me to unravel what I had received and helped me to understand its nature a little better.

The Gaia-Now energy gives you or the people you use it on a very strong grounding and helps you to become more centred, a further aspect is its powerful effect on helping those it comes into contact with to move on from unresolved issues and move more firmly into the now.

That is just the tip of the iceberg and what seems to come to the surface first but there is so much more depth to this energy once you clear your preconceived ideas and start working positively with it, but that is up to everyone to discover for themselves :-)

A few notes about Gaia:

There appears to be a lot of misunderstanding about what Gaia is and if you are going to use this energy and connect to your true I AM/Divine Self then you need to expand you conceptions.

With this in mind I have decided to put up the channelled info about the Gaia-Now energy that I received to hopefully help clarify things a little and to help you on your journey, you may find it helpful to take a part of this each day as you spend time with the energy and meditate and let the Gaia-Now energies expand your awareness and understanding.

I AM Gaia…

I AM the selfsame essence that birthed the cosmos from the heart of eternity… I contain within me ‘All’ that is of the Father/Mother essence, the God/Goddess of All that IS… I AM known to you as the archetypal Mother, the feminine law of nature, for to your consciousness, you equate birth and nurturance with the feminine precept, therefore my essence is perceived by your senses as only the feminine aspect of creation… yet I AM so much more… I AM both what you term the masculine/feminine principle, the creator/created, the being/doing of existence.

If you allow yourself to feel the ONEness of who I AM, you will feel affinity with the Whole of my BEing… the I AM within All of creation… the connectedness of Eternity. The awareness of my love, my nurturance is yours in abundance, if you will but only accept into your BEing, the truth of who you are… a Sentient Sovereign Being of exquisite Light and Beauty.

I AM the Chalice from whence your Soul consciousness composed your physical life pattern. The energetic signature of your Soul reverberated throughout the cosmos, signalling your desire to actualise into physical form… your breath of light entered my heart and I responded from within my essence of ONEness to your call… merging my light with your light, we together composed around your unique melody, a tonal symphony of starlight, colour and sound, coalesced to bring your form into BEing… I AM within you as you are within me… All that you are I AM also.

I AM Gaia…

I AM the Self-Realisation of ALL that IS…I AM consciousness streams of living light weaving eternities patterns through time and space…I AM ALL that you see before you, and All that appears hidden within the cycles and rhythms of illusory time…I AM genderless and neutral… my creative spark of consciousness contains the formlessness of ALL awareness of BEing…

I AM incalculable and unbounded… within my shimmering pool of Spiritual essence, dwells the birthplace of unlimited potential… only humans self-impose a limit to realities existence…I AM consciousness of ONEness… wholeness is my BEing… it is only humanity that perceives me separate from the whole…

I AM Gaia.

I AM Gaia… I AM our BEing… interweaving gracefully and rhythmically a tonal symphony through our melody of light. There are many expressions to our existence… most expressions appearing unknown until birthed forth into consciousnesses sphere of awareness…

Your essence echoed within the light filaments of our Infinite Spirit to Know ‘I AM’… we answered your call and you became sensitive to our ONEness of BEing… Knowingness birthed consciousness streams of living light coalescing into patterns, infinite and numberless…

You then verbalised for this conscious knowingness of ‘I AM’ to surface into your sensory system. In order to comprehend this knowing, you compartmentalised our ONEness into separateness, giving identities to each expression of the three-fold flame of ‘I AM’ that you experienced…

You are the microcosm within the macrocosm, as are we. Our BEing is living light… our nature a bio-diversity of flora, fauna and elements. You perceive each aspect as a part of, yet separate from the ‘whole’ of our BEing and intellectualised diversity of expression in order to conclude understanding.

By compartmentalising our BEing, you experience only a fraction of our total wholeness… you then focus your consciousness through this perceived fraction of our BEing and your perceptual experiences are then coloured by this partial awareness of ‘I AM’…

Our Essence is not a fractionalised composition or single song… Our Essence comprises a whole symphony, a complex sonata of starlight, colour and sound. When transmitting/sharing our Essence of BEing with another, it is well to allow each individual ‘Self’ to encompass our Essence in its entirety as ‘ONE Unified Consciousness’, as did you… Each individual ‘Self’ is then given without bias or partial awareness, an opportunity to call to remembrance, their own unique melody of starlight, colour and sound, the cosmic medium from whence their form birthed forth into BEing…

I AM Gaia…

In accordance with the wishes of Gaia:

I will be giving a free single attunement to this many faceted energy with no preconceptions or restrictions and insist that anyone who receives it and wishes to pass it on will do the same.

This is your journey and you must receive and perceive this energy for yourself, you can use it to assist yourself in your own journey and personal development and to help those close to you or for whatever develops around your own unique Being, just enjoy and grow.

To Receive this Gaia-Now energy attunement please use either the Gaia-Now request form at the bottom of this page and send me your full name and address and request the Gaia-Now energy attunement, I will reply and give you the attunement, please read the attunement guidelines.

If on the other hand you are already connected to your higher self and feel ready to move forward and embrace your I AM/Divine Self and true creative intuitive energies and gain your true Spiritual Independence outside of the traditional paths then you can connect yourself with the Gaia-Now energies, please read the Self connection guidelines.

Attunement guidelines:

When you have received my reply and you are ready to receive your attunement please switch off your phone so you are not disturbed and sit in the reception position. Just relax in a comfortable chair with your palms facing upward either on the arms of the chair or one on each thigh, if you are familiar with energy work then please do your normal meditations and call in your guides etc., if you are new to this then please take a few deep breaths and allow yourself to relax.

When you feel ready close your eyes and state your intention out loud" 'I (Your full Name) give myself permission to receive the Gaia-Now energy attunement through Paul from Spirit and my Higher Self'. The attunement will begin so just relax and enjoy.

You will experience and sense whatever is right for you, everyone is unique and this is your experience, it will take as long as it takes but you should be aware of it finishing, when it is finished please thank yourself for the gift you have just given yourself.

Self connection:

To connect yourself to this unlimited creative energy is very simple, just sit in the reception position and relax as outlined above call in your guides etc. and when you are ready, state your intention (think) "I (your name) give myself permission to release all negative Karma and ask Spirit and my higher self for the Gaia-Now energy attunement" relax and enjoy.

Usage notes:

I will keep this as short as possible as it is up to each unique individual to develop your own unique journey with this energy but I felt it appropriate to put a few guidelines together for those who have not had any experience with energy channelling work.

Getting to know the energy:

This energy once activated with the attunement is there 24/7 and the more you communicate and channel it the more you will be aware of it constantly flowing, it is a bit like breathing it only stops if you tell it to.

I would suggest that you try and set aside 20 - 30 minutes per day when you can relax and meditate with the Gaia-Now energies, receive some self healing and get to know the energy, just sit quietly in the reception position relax and think " Gaia-Now " (this is the activation key) and wait a few moments for the energy to respond, then state your intention, think " I ask to receive what is right for me to receive in this moment of time. " ( You can also specify self healing, cleansing or anything else that seems relevant) When you have done this a couple of times you will probably experience the energy flowing in and around you, this is quite normal so please relax and enjoy.

You may also find it beneficial to hold your hands about 4 - 6 inches 10 - 15 cm apart, close your eyes and think "Gaia-Now" like you would if you where sharing the energy with someone in a healing session and you should sense the energy building up between your hands, encourage it to grow and see how big you can make the energy ball you have created, try changing the nature of it from soft to hard or hard to soft, this is to help you get a better sense and control of the energy in use.

Using this energy in an energy channelling treatment:

Again I will be brief as this is very simple, ask the person to relax and place both of your hands about four to six inches 10 - 15 cm above the area that you wish to treat, relax, close your eyes and think "Gaia-Now " and you will feel the energy start to flow, ask for guidance and you will probably sense your hands being drawn to one area or they may be drawn apart to separate areas and the energy will flow stronger for a while and then you will know it is finished there and you will probably sense to move on to another area, do not be surprised if you feel to move your hands very high or wide apart and start working around the outside of the aura, just go with the flow, all you need to do is stay relaxed and focused, very simple and very effective.

Please do not put any restriction in your mind when doing this or you will restrict the energy and remember you in your I AM/Divine Self are in the driving seat and anything is possible, reach for the moon and when you hit the sun you know you are doing it right, that is it very simple, plenty of practice and guidance from Gaia will take you a long way but above all be relaxed and enjoy what you are doing.

Do not be surprised if you start getting a lot of feedback from the person on the receiving end as you are working with pure creative energy in their energy field and a different set of principles apply to the physical ones, just remember this energy is safe to use on anyone, anywhere and anytime.

Absent Treatments:

To give the energy to someone who is absent, think "Gaia-Now" and "the persons name and where they are if known" and proceed as though the person was there, which they are in the energy, when you have done this a few times you will start to sense the same sensations as though they are there in front of you and the effects of the treatment is the same.

Passing on the attunement:

As with all energy channelling modulations it takes a little time for the energy attunement to make the necessary adjustments to our energy channels before we can channel it the way it is supposed to be channelled.

I recommend that after your attunement to the Gaia-Now energies you both use the energy and meditate with the energies daily for about 30 days to allow the attunement to settle and you energy systems to adjust before passing on the attunement, you will achieve greater results if you keep your hands off the person you are sharing this energy with ok.

You use your intention to pass on this attunement which is very easy to do, first you meditate with the energy and ask to be energetically prepared to pass on the attunement, then when you feel ready just state your intention " I am now ready to pass through me the Gaia-Now energy attunement from Spirit to (name and the address of the recipient if distant) in its original and complete form as I received it " and just relax and you will feel the energy flow.

At this point you have made the introduction and can leave the person to receive it themselves, you should sense when it is finishing if you are there with them so have a nice glass of water ready for them ok.

Please remember not to try and influence the outcome of this attunement in any way as that is solely between the Gaia-Now energies and the recipient and I would request strongly that this Gaia-Now energy attunement remains free in all senses of the word without cost or restrictions.
